FITNESS DANCE  class feature kid-friendly routines. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.

 

BENEFITS:

Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. FITNESS DANCE class incorporates key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.

 

LEVEL OF GROUPS:

 

KINDERGARTEN GROUP (ages 3-4 yrs.old):

This class will be engaged with fun games as a starter and basic hand and foot movements for fitness dance such as jump, slide,swing,hop and etc. Addendum with the dance, this group will learn basic aerobic and yoga exercise. This class will be doing a fun fitness through basic dance, yoga, exercise and games to improve motor skills and coordination. It is an alternate activity for them, so children will not feel bored for 45 minutes.

 

PREPARATORY GROUP ( ages 5-6 yrs.old)

This class will be engaged to games as a starter and a motivation that have connection with what they will do in dancing.  They are more advanced with their dance movements than the nursery group. They will learn how to do basic cha-cha, hiphop ,pop ,jazz and etc. that incorporates in the fitness dance. Children will learn basic aerobic and yoga exercises as well , as we alternate the activities so children will not feel bored for an hour.

PRIMARY GROUP ( 7-10 yrs.old )

This class will be engaged with advanced dance movements prior to fitness. They will learn on how to do the move of cha-cha, hip-hop, salsa, pop, jazz etc. that incorporates in the fitness dance. This group will not just dance on the same spot but they move one place to another as the make some formations as a group. Excellent coordination and motor skills will be enhanced and improved with this group as they are engaged to team work and creative dancing. Creative fitness dancing will help them to improve not just full body workout but train them to communicate creatively through their body and mind.

3-4 yrs.old- 4:00-4:45 pm 3-4 yrs.old- 10:15-11:00 am
5-6 yrs.old- 4:45-5:45 pm 5-6 yrs.old- 11:00-12:00 pm
7-10 yrs.old- 5:45- 6:45 pm 7-10 yrs.old- 12:00-1:00 pm
