Learn how to fulfill your child’s
ambitions through a holistic development program.

hrough football we develop players to become team champions, athletes and leaders with transferable skills into their everyday life. This is our goal for every member of the team. We ensure that each player is utilized to their highest potential and talents are used for the team’s best advantage, every time.

We understand that Parents play an important role to the success of the Academy, just as much as the players. We emphasize that coaches and parents work together for better results. At SFQ we use the Long Term Development Plan to enable parents to support their progress each step of the way and most importantly, fully understand our coaching program.

A learning environment where players can strive to realize their full potential.

LONG TERM DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM (LTDP)

This program is the most comprehensive, holistic modern day player centric developmental method and ideology in the industry today. It clearly displays the correct areas of focus at each stage of a player’s development, providing understanding of what is chronologically appropriate in terms of training and education, allowing children to enjoy longevity and achieve everlasting positive memories.

OBJECTIVES:
FOOTBALL ACADEMY

The Building Blocks Methodology is the framework used in the LTDP. It provides practical guidelines for coaches working at all levels of youth development to:

  • Develop players both mentally and physically
  • Develop technically proficient players

The Magic Formula Well there is none, when developing special players, but research shows that with world class athletes’:

  • Talent is not ‘innate’. Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, didn’t receive or inherit special ‘genes’ from birth (1 genius born every 10 years)
  • Have a history of over a decade of deep practice, from a young age.
  • This practice is intrinsic, sustaining the motivation and passion, which is a characteristic that all top performers share.

TODDLER SOCCER

This allows toddlers to have fun and at the same time develop their physical and emotional well being. Our coaches give children through playing the recommended amount of cardiovascular exercise which maintains a healthy heart and lungs; it also builds muscle strength and increases the child’s energy level.
