Levels of Classes:
This class is designed for those who are new to exercise/zumba, have been sedentary for awhile pregnant or have limitations. It is also the perfect class for those looking to strengthen, tone and become stronger. Everything can be easily modified to the needs of the participant.

This class has the physical strength to complete more repetition exercise/dance routines than a beginner class. It is more advanced and intense than the beginner class.
This class is designed for those who are looking for a serious and intense exercise/dance routines. It is designed to challenge participant’s/individual’s fitness level where they required to be physically able to sustain the fitness level for an hour.
